Beth Banks Cohn, PhD is the founder and president of Banks Consulting! LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full business potential.  With over 20 years of business experience and a varied education which includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Education and an MA and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, Dr. Banks Cohn brings a special blend of business practicality and human psychology to her work.  Each business solution Beth provides is tailored specifically to the unique environment and business goals of her clients.

For the better part of the last two decades, Beth worked for Johnson & Johnson and has consulted domestically and internationally with a wide range of businesses; sales and marketing, information technology, human resources and manufacturing, to name just a few.  Whether it was teaching Six Sigma Green Belt candidates how to integrate effective change management strategies into their projects or helping sales representatives sell more effectively within a new business model, Dr. Banks Cohn guided individuals and teams in achieving excellent business results.  In her current practice, Dr. Banks Cohn continues to consult with many disciplines in a variety of businesses including computer software, home products, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.  She is a recognized expert in change leadership and corporate culture.
